My objections revolve around the fact that for practical purposes it only contains phosphate. It does not even supply phosphate very well as most of the phosphate in it is not released for many years., It is the slowest release ‘slow Roger Brook - No Dig Gardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16210160273591839142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571100417242238211.post-73903366170357661742013-11-04T14:18:05.621+00:002013-11-04T14:18:05.621+00:00I put bonemeal in my search box and found I had li...I put bonemeal in my search box and found I had limited myself to only a few pompous comments about it! I will do a special post about it soon!<br />Do read my posts via the search box on NPK and compound fertiliser to read something of what I think about fertilisers. The best I can say about bonemeal is that its use does little harm, where as the fertilisers I often recommend will, if put on Roger Brook - No Dig Gardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16210160273591839142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571100417242238211.post-79791406093729031392013-11-04T13:56:18.035+00:002013-11-04T13:56:18.035+00:00Intrigued with your comment about bonemeal Roger, ...Intrigued with your comment about bonemeal Roger, I wouldn't say I was a fan myself but tend to use it because I always have done when I require a low nitrogen, slow release fertilizer which is readily available. I would be interested to hear why you don't like it as maybe I am missing something.
