Lots of bricks, bits of plastic, nylon cable-ties etc; the worst item was a steel angle-iron picket. All this was covered with a thin cosmetic sprinkling of topsoil.Mark Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04558305122821209520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571100417242238211.post-42610635461404986482013-03-13T18:40:04.174+00:002013-03-13T18:40:04.174+00:00Far be it from me, I should be the very last perso...Far be it from me, I should be the very last person to say it......keep digging Angie!Roger Brook - No Dig Gardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16210160273591839142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571100417242238211.post-49956004430286301142013-03-13T18:15:08.392+00:002013-03-13T18:15:08.392+00:00I live less than a half a mile from a roman chario...I live less than a half a mile from a roman chariot burial site - I never find anything exciting!! I wasn't familiar with such things. I was worried it might be a bomb. When the man from the garden centre arrived with some gravel, I got him to help me get it out. He agreed on condidtion that, should the 'bomb' explode and he explode with it, I remember to tell his wife he loves her.Esther Montgomeryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05412078991551799972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571100417242238211.post-28590928536440994542013-03-13T11:32:29.019+00:002013-03-13T11:32:29.019+00:00A shopping trolley! We also dug up a shopping trolley and various other things.

We dug up a whole bag of set concrete when we first got our garden.
